I chose Health Services Management because it allows me to combine my passion for healthcare with my interest in creating efficient systems. After starting my career in dental assisting, I quickly realized that blood and clinical procedures weren’t for me. However, I loved being part of the healthcare environment and saw how critical the administrative side is in ensuring smooth operations and positive patient outcomes. This major gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving processes, solving challenges, and contributing to a healthcare system that works better for both patients and providers.
